Ever since I was 15 I’ve always been interested in volcanoes. On my 18th birthday I went to the Pacific ocean to see the Ring of Fire I noticed that the volcanoes had smoke coming out of them. I have a naive experience with volcanoes. People say that when volcanoes is active it could Obliterate everything it gets too. When I was 13 we read a book in class on volcanoes and it was Apathy to me. I didn’t understand much about about it and it didn’t catch my attention until I turned 15 and had to do an essay on it. I want to Heritage by volcanoes someday.
People say that All current land masses, believed to have been in existence before the continents broke apart during the Triassic and Jurassic Periods, But I wonder if volcanoes Pangea before the continents broke apart. Plates cause Volcanoes to occur because the sub-layer of earth’s crust moves. I made an equation to estimate how tall volcanoes could be and it was a Null-set. When I seen how cool the volcanoes were you could easily see my Embody. When I got home i drew out a picture of the volcanoes and Garnished it to look like the real thing. When I first learned about volcanoes my teacher knew my empathy for volcanoes.
Does fame and fortune make a person truly happy?
I disagree that fame and fortune can make you happy. I don’t think fame and fortune can make you happy because once people become famous they get way to used to the fame and it starts to get annoying or boring . Famous adults and teens can’t leave their house being noticeable without being followed around or bugged. Some teens like the attention but as they get older they seem to not want it as much and just want to live their everyday life. As famous adults and teens are younger they’re happy but as time passes they start to get into trouble and get on drugs.
I think fame and fortune could possibly make you happy if you could be famous but still live your everyday life without so much attention. Beyoncé has said that though “She likes the attention when she’s onstage, she’d be happier if she could cut it off when she isn’t performing and just enjoy her life”. This is why I think that fame and fortune don’t always make you happy because you can never live your everyday life normally if you become famous like Beyonce said if she could “cut it off” when she’s not on stage then she would be much happier with the fame and fortune then I think you could be happy.
I think people who think fame can make you happy is wrong. According to Can Fame Make You Happy Lawrence said that simply stepping outside her front door gives her anxiety. I think too much fame and fortune can cause the Celebrities health problems, such as Lawrence having anxiety. Lawrence said “simply stepping outside her front door gives her anxiety”. Celebrities can’t as much as walk their dogs without being photographed. It causes a lot of stress and sport injury's can be costly.
Another reason I do not think that fame and fortune can make you happy is you have to be careful who you trust. According to Rockwell “it could be difficult when you’re a celebrity to trust others and to make and keep true friends. Stars have to wonder if their “friends” like them for who they are or for what they have”. This statement/quote has a big effect on why I don’t think fame and fortune can make your happiness because it’s another reason for Famous people to have a lot and stress and have to figure out who is truly there for them when they need them always have to worry about who’s their true friends and who’s only there for what they have.
There is some things that persuade me that fame and fortune can make you happy but there is more things that make me think that fame and fortune would be the least of someone’s happiness, being famous the money’s good but when it comes to your private life there is a lot of stress with not so much relieve, and money can’t buy someone’s happiness.
Over Christmas break I spent many days with my family. My grandma and I made many pies and cookies for the family Christmas dinner, and we went to my uncles to have it. My 2 uncles, aunt, 3 cousins, mom, step dad, little brother, and grandparents were there. My cousins,my brother and I listened to music and played board games. That day I went home with my mom and had a second little family gathering and we ate. The next day I got to see my boyfriend and we opened presents together, we also helped my grandma bake some more cookies. The next day I had to pack my bags for Kentucky.
My god grandparents live in Kentucky. They’re not actually related to me, but they have been there for me throughout my life. They didn’t arrive to my house until 10p.m. On our way there we stopped at a restaurant in Columbus called Golden Corral which is my favorite place to eat. After that I slept the rest of the ride. We didn’t arrive to Kentucky until around 2;30a.m. It was really late so I watched a movie and fell asleep. The next day my grandma had to work, so me and my grandpa went outside and did tractor work. When my grandma got home I opened my christmas presents and we cooked peanut butter cookies. I had so much fun in Kentucky, but it was hard not being able to talk to my family in Ohio because the phone service was really bad because all the hills there. The next day I went home because it was new year’s eve and my mom’s birthday is new years. I got dropped off at my boyfriends because I was going there to watch the ball drop with him and his family. I had fun seeing my boyfriend but it was hard watching my god grandparents leave because since they live 4 ½ hours away I don’t see them as often as I would like.
The next day it was New Year’s and I went to spend it with my mom because it was her birthday. I got her two presents for her birthday and my boyfriend and I took her and my step dad to a Chinese Restaurant called China Buffet in Ontario. It was really good. After we ate Hannah came over. We went back to my house and saw my grandma and for the rest of that day we played Call Of Duty.
Overall I think my Winter Break went pretty well, and I enjoyed it with my boyfriend, family and friends and I hope this year is great for all of us.
